Maidstone Engineering Supplies (MES) is the retail trading business of Maxitrak Limited
The Terms and Conditions in this Price List supersede all previous, and apply to
Maidstone Engineering Supplies only.

PRICE LIST
The prices in this list are quoted in GBP (£) Sterling. All prices include VAT at 17.5% but not carriage and packing. Whilst every effort is made to keep prices unchanged for the duration of this list, they are subject to alteration without notice.
We reserve the right to charge for goods at the price ruling at the time of dispatch

CLUBS & SOCIETIES
Discounts are available on bulk orders in excess of £100 from Clubs and Societies

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY & SPECIFICATION
Every effort is made to stock all products listed at all times. Whenever possible orders will be dispatched same/next day but completion will be subject to availability.
Every care has been taken to describe items correctly. Measurements are provided for guidance only and may vary from that shown. No responsibility can be accepted for errors and omissions, we reserve the right to withdraw or alter specifications where necessary and without notice. All products are of good commercial quality.
Any error is unintentional and will be corrected if so advised. Material sizes supplied will be +/- 3mm (1/8")

ORDERS
Orders can be placed using our Order Form, by letter, telephone, or e-mail. Full payment is required with all orders plus an allowance to cover packing and carriage. Please state minimum length material can be supplied in. The maximum length for carriage by courier is 2.5mt without additional surcharge. Orders may be collected from Exhibitions, but must be paid for in advance.

CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
The cancellation of any order if not dispatched within 7 working days will not incur a penalty. After this the order will be subject to a 20% administration charge. Defective items will be replaced free of charge; any other item returned to us will incur a restocking charge of 20%. We do not supply books on approval; neither can they be returned for credit

PAYMENT
Payment may be paid by Cash, Cheque or Credit Card. A receipt of payment will be sent with your goods. A fully detailed VAT invoice can be provided on request. Business Credit Account facilities may be provided subject to prior approval.

CARRIAGE
Goods are sent by the cheapest method appropriate to the size of the package. This will generally be post or carriers standard overnight service. Items in excess of 600mm (2ft) all sheet material and castings will incur additional packing, which must be allowed for.
We cannot accept liability for loss or damage unless notified immediately, and confirmed in writing within 7 working days of date of dispatch.

OVERSEAS SALES
We are happy to receive orders for dispatch overseas. Orders to any EEC address will pay the price per this list (ie including Value Added Tax). All other destinations are VAT free (=total cost divide by 1.175)

DESIGNS
Designs, drawings, photographs, product information, layout and style are considered property. Reproduction in whole, or in part, of any product, document or publication is strictly prohibited, nor may any publication in whole or part be stored in a retrieval system of any nature, without written permission.

LIABILITY
MES total liability for any claim however arising shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by MES to the customer. MES shall not be liable for any consequential customer loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way.
